The Secret

About Me:

It's not all about the listing or the sale. It's about the people. Period.

For example, I may get a call from a former client who wants to list their house for sale. I will ask - why?

Are you down-sizing, up-sizing, relocating, having difficulties with mortgage payments, health issues? I want to know how I can HELP. I'm not just here for a commission.

We all know that purchasing a home is the biggest investment you will make in your lifetime. It's exciting and stressful at the same time. As a real estate expert, I know the challenges ahead of you. I will help you through the steps and assist you every step of the way until you achieve your goal.

My business is based on good will and referrals from past clients. Having said that, I know that I don't own anyone's business. I ask for loyalty from my clients and I provide the same. However, everyone has the right to make their own decisions, and work with whomever they wish. I want the best for you and your family and your financial situation. All I ask is that you give me an opportunity to assist you and guide you through the amazing world of real estate ownership.

Areas of Expertise:

Investors have always been happy to work with me in their purchases. I know how to show them if the numbers work and if they don't.

I've sold many properties at Hampton Beach - a vacation resort area of New Hampshire. I love the area and see it as an emerging segment of the town. Just look at those new construction condos and conversions!

We have the most lovely beaches along the seacoasts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. I am licensed in all three states.

Recently, I have created relationships with banks who have had to foreclose on properties. They were looking for efficient, local Realtor® connections to move these properties quickly.

Call me if you're in the market for a bank-owned property.

I also work with my clients who are having difficulty and NEED TO SELL their home or investment property NOW.

With these clients, I will advocate for them directly with their banks and work-out the SHORT SALE saving them from foreclosure. This type of transaction works for the property owner, the lender and the buyer. Everyone wins.(Call me if you're having any difficulty with your payments for a confidential consultation.)

I don't necessarily suggest listing the property, and I may be able to connect you with a lender who will facilitate a refinance so that you can stay in your home. Selling is not always the best option.


Examples of Alternative Options:

Here are a few examples of how I have helped my clients in the past and currently. (The names have been changed to protect their privacy.)


"Melody" was in trouble. She was having difficulty finding good tenants who paid on time and kept the rental properties clean and in good repair. Payments were not coming in on time or at all. How to pay the mortgage when the rents aren't coming in? That's a big problem.

Then the bank starts calling wanting their money. Demanding their payments. Eviction proceedings begin and take a long time through the courts. Still, the clock is ticking and the mortgage is not getting paid. Foreclosure notices are arriving.

What to do? "Melody" called me and told me of her troubles. I made listed the property for sale immediately. Then I made contact with her lender and started the "work-out" or "short-sale". (I can share more with you about that process at another time or call me for a confidential consultation.)

The outcome? The property will be sold to a buyer at a lender approved price (much lower then what is owed, normally) and "Melody" is saved from a huge ding on her credit - a foreclosure. Win-Win-Win


"Samantha and Ian" are loving their home. They have made huge improvements and have a lot of pride in home ownership.

However, "Samantha" was laid off from her job and was out of work for months and months. Her income was critical to making the mortgage payments and other expenses every month. They struggled.

Finally, they called me to list their home. They had given up.

After meeting with them and finding out the whole story, I was able to connect them to a top-notch lender who is working out the restructuring of their loan and guiding them every step of the way.

They are staying in the home. No, I didn't get the listing, did I? That's not what I'm about. I want my clients to know that I'm on their side and that I want to help THEM.

My hope is that they remember me when one of their friends or relatives says they're looking for a good Realtor® and they refer them to me! Relationships are everything! I care about you.


"Carl and Sheila" were having trouble paying their huge mortgage payment after they refinanced and pulled their equity out of the house.

"Carl" had medical issues that put him out of work for months. Devasting to the family and finances. They lasted a long time and struggled month after month.

Finally, they called me. I met with them and agreed - YES YOU HAVE TO SELL THIS HOUSE!

Down-sizing was the answer for them.

I listed the house and went to work on marketing the property aggressively.

They thought they would not own another home for a long time. Wrong!

I connected them with a top-notch lender who explained that since "Carl" was a veteran, he qualified for a VA loan. (Has anyone told you about the special qualifications that the government affords our servicemen and women? Call me and I'll fill you in on how you can own a home, even if you think your credit's not so hot.) You'll be glad you did.


Well, I could go on and on, but we all have other things to do.
